Returns
Got your order but it's not a perfect fit?
Don’t worry! You can send it back to us and either exchange with a different item/size/color, get store credit or a refund according to the Israeli consumer protection law.
Returns/exchanges will only be accepted within 14 business days from receiving your order.
***In case of sale items\discount items returns will be accepted within 7 business days from arrival.
*** Outlet items must be returned within 2 business days.
We will only accept returned items that have not been in use and in their original condition with the labels still attached.

On purchases up to 700 NIS the delivery back to us will be an extra charge of 30 NIS

Please use a traceable postal method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
In the Customs Declaration, indicate “sample/no value/returned goods” to avoid extra charges.
